• Quote list. The products you add to your quote list are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are sent to us only when you submit the request form.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request, prepare an offer and arrange delivery: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• The products you request may allow conclusions about health. We process this information only with your explicit consent, given in the request form (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@medsuvac.com.

4. Who receives your data

• Google (Google Workspace): our email service.
• Medivac International, India: processing and fulfilment of your request.
• Courier services, only to deliver a confirmed order.
