Quality and documentation
Every Medsuvac batch is released with a manufacturer Certificate of Analysis. On request, we send the CoA for the exact batch you receive, before or after your order.
What each Certificate of Analysis covers
The exact set of tests follows the pharmacopoeial monograph of each product and is listed on its CoA.
Identification
Confirms the active ingredient, by HPLC where the monograph specifies it.
Assay
Measures the active ingredient content against the label claim, within the pharmacopoeial range.
Dissolution
Checks that the tablet releases the active ingredient as specified.
Disintegration
Checks that the tablet breaks down within the specified time.
Uniformity of weight
Checks that individual units stay within the permitted deviation.
Friability and impurities
Checks mechanical robustness and limits for related substances where specified.
Pharmacopoeial standards
Products are tested against Indian (IP), British (BP) or United States (USP) Pharmacopoeia specifications. The applicable standard is stated on each CoA.
Independent verification
Selected batches are additionally tested by government-approved analytical laboratories in India under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. These reports are available on request.
Batch traceability
Each carton carries the batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date. Shelf life is listed on every product page and confirmed on the batch CoA.
